Privacy Policy
What we collect
Account: email address and a password (stored as a secure hash by our authentication provider), your first name, city, self-reported skill level, and optional preferences such as preferred play style and availability.
Location: an approximate location (a city you pick, or device location if you grant permission). We use it only to show nearby courts and games. We never collect or store your street address, and other players only ever see your city — never precise location.
Activity: games you create or join, open-play sessions you mark "Going", courts you save, optional court check-ins, and messages you send in game or group chats.
Usage analytics: basic in-app events (screens viewed, features used) tied to your account id, used to improve the Service. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
How we use it
To run the core features: showing nearby courts and games, letting you join or host games, notifications you have enabled (for example reminders, waitlist promotions, or new games near you), and safety/moderation.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
What other users see
Your first name, city, skill level, and your participation in public games and sessions (for example your name in a game’s player list). Your email, phone, precise location, and settings are never shown to other users.
Service providers
We use Supabase (database, authentication, storage) and Expo (app infrastructure and push notifications) to operate the Service. They process data on our behalf under their own security terms. Data is stored in the United States.
Your choices and rights
You can edit your profile, disable each notification type, and revoke location permission at any time in system settings.
You can delete your account in Profile → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, games, messages, and other personal data.
California residents: under the CCPA you may request access to or deletion of your personal information; contact us and we will respond within the statutory period. We do not sell personal information, so no opt-out is needed.

Where court information comes from
Court and session listings are compiled from public sources: city and county parks departments, official facility pages, public schedules, and contributions from players using the app.
Some court locations come from OpenStreetMap and are © OpenStreetMap contributors, made available under the Open Database License (ODbL). Those listings link back to the original OpenStreetMap record.
We are not affiliated with the cities, facilities or organizations listed, and schedules can change — verify with the venue before you travel.
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we materially change this policy we will update the effective date and notify you in the app.
