The Service
We help you discover pickleball courts and public open-play sessions, and create or join community games with other players. Court and session information is compiled from public sources and community contributions; schedules change, so verify with the venue before you travel. We do not operate the courts and are not affiliated with the cities or facilities listed.
Your account and conduct
You must be at least 13 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Do not harass others, post spam or fake events, impersonate anyone, scrape the Service, or use it for anything unlawful. We may remove content, suspend, or ban accounts that break these rules.
Games and meetups
Games are organized by users, not by us. You attend at your own risk. Playing sports involves risk of injury; assess conditions and your own fitness. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for anything that happens at or around a game, session, or court.
Content
You keep ownership of what you post and grant us a license to display it within the Service. Court information you submit (suggestions, reports) may be used to improve the shared court database.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. Court data may be outdated or incorrect. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to USD 100.
Termination and changes
You can stop using the Service or delete your account at any time. We may modify or discontinue features, and may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
